Taylor Wellbeing Coaching specialises in helping individuals improve their physical and mental wellbeing through personalised guidance and support.
What does a session look like?
The first session will be a consultation to identify your specific goals and areas of concern related to your body(exercise, nutrition, sleep). Your coach will work with you to create a personalised plan that aligns with your lifestyle and unique needs. After each session, your coach will provide homework, such as keeping a food diary or adjusting your sleep routine.
At the start of each session, your coach will review your progress and offer support. Our holistic approach incorporates evidence-based practices, mindfulness techniques, and breathing exercises to help you achieve your goals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
The One-to-one sessions will take place on the same day each week, lasting 50 minutes. You can purchase sessions in bundles of fours. We offer flexibility in scheduling, so please let us know if you need to reschedule. Sessions can be conducted via Zoom or Skype, so you'll need a private space with a stable internet connection.
Please note that a webcam and microphone are required for these sessions.
What is wellbeing coaching?
A wellbeing coach guides to bring about a clearer understanding of any concerns in relation to overall wellbeing and inspire the necessary changes to achieve goals.
