Why Wellbeing?

Wellbeing is essential to our mental health, often overshadowed by life's demands. Loss, a universal human experience, can profoundly impact our mental and emotional wellbeing.

The grief journey, unique to each individual, often follows the stages outlined by Kubler-Ross (denial, anger, depression, bargaining and acceptance).

At Taylor Wellbeing, we understand the depth of these emotions and are here to support you, no matter where you are on your journey.

Before training as a therapist, Sam worked as an independent television producer, specialising in comedy and light entertainment programmes. She later transitioned into learning consultancy, designing and delivering training programs to support professional and personal development.

Taylor Wellbeing has been a dream in the making, brought to life after personal loss in my family. This experience reinforced a powerful mindset—if not now, then when? Life is for living, and my mission is to help others embrace their own wellbeing journey.

Sam’s fundraising & community work includes:

Stand up for Windrush, Hosted by BBC Radio London presenter Eddie Nestor MBE, Staged by Paulette Randall, MBE. with a line-up of comedians. Raising money for families affected by the Windrush scandal at The Hackney Empire

International Women’s Day. Celebrating great women from the last century. Working with year 7 drama students at Acton High School with a performance at Ealing Town Hall.

24 Hour Danceathon. Raising money for cystic fibrosis.

Taylor Wellbeing was established in May 2024 to provide wellbeing services to individuals and organisations invested in personal growth.
