With over 20 years of experience as a transpersonal psychotherapist and five years as a wellbeing practitioner, I bring a deeply holistic approach to personal transformation. While therapy focuses on understanding the past, wellbeing coaching is action-driven, helping individuals take control of their present and future. Coaching provides structure, accountability, and practical strategies to create lasting change.

Conflict Resolution

Our Conflict Resolution Training consists of structured one-to-one sessions, with the number of meetings tailored to each individual's needs before bringing all parties together. These sessions focus on personal growth, helping participants gain clarity on their roles within relationships and develop healthier communication patterns.

In many areas of our lives, we must navigate conflicts—whether in the workplace, personal relationships, or social interactions. Understanding how we engage in these situations is key to creating positive outcomes.

Consultancy

With a wealth of real-world experience in mental health, grief support, and community care, I offer expert wellbeing consultancy to theatre, TV, and film productions, ensuring both creative professionals and production teams are supported in maintaining their mental and emotional resilience.

Reflective Group

At Taylor Wellbeing, we recognise the power of reflection in fostering personal and professional growth. Our reflective group offers a supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences, process emotions, and develop strategies for resilience and self-care.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner at the National Theatre, I facilitated reflective sessions for cast and crew throughout the run of a production that explored domestic abuse spanning three generations of women. This role allowed me to provide tailored support to all involved, acknowledging the emotional impact of the subject matter while creating a safe space for discussion and wellbeing.
