Recovery: Empowering individuals on their journey to recovery through weekly abstinence and support groups, drawing on over 8 years of experience in addiction support.

Domestic Violence: Providing compassionate support to women experiencing domestic abuse, offering a safe space to heal and recover

Sam Llewellyn
With over 20 years of experience as an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and trainer Sam has helped countless individuals overcome challenges, build resilience and thrive. Her evidence-based approach, combined with a deep understanding of human behaviour, has yielded remarkable results.
With a wealth of experience in both individuals and group therapy, Sam is skilled in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and stress. She incorporates mindfulness and breathing practice within every sessions along with various therapeutic modalities.
Sam is committed to staying up to date with the latest research and evidence-based practices to ensure that clients receive the highest quality care.
Why Wellbeing?
Wellbeing is essential to our mental health, often overshadowed by life's demands. Loss, a universal human experience, can profoundly impact our mental and emotional wellbeing. The grief journey, unique to each individual, often follows the stages outlined by Kubler-Ross (denial, anger, depression, bargaining and acceptance).
At Taylor Wellbeing, we understand the depth of these emotions and are here to support you, no matter where you are on your journey.
Prior to training as a therapist Sam worked as an independent television producer working on comedy and light entertainment. programmes.
Sam’s fundraising & community work includes;
Stand up for Windrush, Hosted by BBC Radio London presenter Eddie Nestor MBE, Staged by Paulette Randal, MBE. with a line-up of comedians. Raising money for families affected by the Windrush scandal at The Hackney Empire
International Women’s Day. Celebrating great women from the last century. Working with year 7 drama students at Acton High School with a performance at Ealing Town Hall.
24 Hour Danceathon. Raising money for cystic fibrosis.

Taylor Wellbeing was established in May 2024 to provide wellbeing services to individuals and organisations invested in personal growth.
Sonia Henry
Sonia is an accredited Life and Career Coach with nearly four decades of management experience. Her original career started in the health and social care sector when she trained as a State Enrolled Nurse and practiced for years n a large London hospital. Sonia eventually changed direction and moved into local government to follow her ambition to work with vulnerable people in the community. She progressed well and moved into management after realising that her natural gift was to work with teams and individuals on issues of personal growth and organisational development.
Sonia currently works with private coaching clients. She is also a consultant fora private home care company in London. She advises on social care practice, policies and procedures focussing on individual/team development, motivation and training.
Sonia is resilient and proud to have brought up three children mainly as a single parent with the help of her extended family. Her lie skills and experience have served her well and brought forth her passion to work with individuals and teams with ease and grace. Sonia is a family oriented woman who manages to get the balance right with her career.
